Chesapeake Bay Stool Company is the result of 15 years of expertise in fine woodworking, specializing in custom wood countertops for the kitchen and bath industry, coupled with a passion for crafting high-end seating. Around 2018-2019, we came across some unique stool designs, sparking a casual curiosity—though that curiosity quickly turned into an obsession—with creating our own.

Fast forward 4-5 years, and after overcoming countless trials, redesigns, learning computer-aided design, mastering metalwork, powder coating, packaging, and marketing, we’re thrilled to now offer custom wooden and metal stools.
